Ingredients

  • 2 c. Holiday Muffin Mix
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin c. or possibly line with paper baking c..
  3. In medium bowl, place muffin mix.
  4. Add in water, egg and oil; stir till dry ingredients are just moistened.
  5. Don't OVER MIX.
  6. Fill prepared muffin c. approximately half full.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Immediately remove from pan.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. Yield: 12 muffins.
