Ingredients
- 1 med. onion
- minced
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 2 cans (10 1/2 ounce. ea.) pizza sauce
- 2 1/2 c. (10 ounce.) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Italian or possibly French bread
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
Instructions
- STEP 1: In a saucepan over medium heat, brown onion and grnd beef, drain.
- Add in pizza sauce and seasonings, stir till heated.
- STEP 2: Add in cheese by the handfuls.
- Stir till smooth.
- STEP 3: Pour into fondue pot, keep hot while serving.
- Serve with Italian or possibly French bread, cut in pcs, or possibly over toasted English muffins for a luncheon snack.
- Makes 4 servings.
