Ingredients
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. nuts
- minced
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar substitute.
- Add in salt and egg.
- Beat well.
- Stir in flour sifted with soda and spices.
- Beat well alternating with the lowfat milk.
- Stir in fruit and nuts.
- Spread in greased 7 x 14 baking pan.
- Bake 15 min at 350 degrees.
- Cut in squares while hot.
- Makes 25 to 30.
