Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- softened
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 slices bacon
Instructions
- Cut the French bread in to 1 inch slices.
- Cut cheese slices in half, then cut each half diagonally.
- Put the cheese pcs between the slices of the bread.
- Make a foil boat for the bread; wrap tightly around the bottom of bread.
- Mix the butter, dry mustard and onion together and spread over the top of the bread.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 min or possibly till bacon is crisp.
- Serve immediately.
