Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- well beaten
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- liquid removed
- 1 c. herb seasoned bread stuffing mix
- 1 sm. onion
- chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter
Instructions
- Combine lowfat milk and mayonnaise, mix well.
- Add in egg, corn, stuffing, onion and parsley.
- Pour into greased and floured 8 inch round baking pan.
- Toss bread crumbs with melted butter.
- Sprinkle over corn mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
