Ingredients
- 1 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp. BLAIR herb seasoning
- 1 teaspoon BLAIR Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoon BLAIR garlic pwdr
- BLAIR pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil in food processor.
- With machine running, slowly pour oil through feed tube in a thin stream till thick.
- Yield: 1 qt.
