Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. garlic cloves
- chopped
- 2 tbsp. green onion
- finely minced
- 2 teaspoon dry basil leaves
- crushed
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
- crushed
- 3 whole chicken breasts
- split
- boned & skinned
Instructions
- Stir together dressing, lowfat milk, garlic, onion and seasonings.
- Pour mix over chicken.
- Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hrs or possibly overnight.
- Drain; reserving dressing mix.
- Place chicken on greased rack of broiler pan.
- Broil 4 to 6 min on each side till tender, brushing frequently with mix.
- 6 servings.
