Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 12 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 12 lemon
- juice of
- 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
- fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1.
- Combine ingredients for the marinade in a gallon zip lock bag, add the chicken, and marinate for as long as you can.
- 2. when the chicken is done marinating throw it on the grill.
- 3.
- For the dressing, combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender, start blending and slowly add the olive oil.
