Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon dry chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon each dry dill
- basil
- and oregano
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine Bisquick, onion, sugar, and herbs.
- Mix the egg and lowfat milk together; beat slightly.
- Add in this, the butter, and wine to the dry ingredients.
- Beat till blended.
- Turn out into a well greased muffin tin (makes 12 regular size muffins).
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees till brown and crusty, about 25 min.
- Serve with butter.
