Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 medium boneless tenderized shoulder steak
- 1 vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Meanwhile combine flour and seasonings.
- In a seperate bowl combine milk and eggs.
- Dip each steak in the flour, egg, flour, egg, flour.
- In that order.
- Once the steaks are breaded, put them in the skillet with oil and cook until they are fully cooked.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with country gravy.
