Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 1/2 c. diced ham
- 1 1/2 c. diced turkey breast
- 1 red apple
- cored & diced
- 1 tart green apple
- cored & diced
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. sliced celery
Instructions
- Drain pineapple, save juice.
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine the dressing ingredients with 1/4 c. of the pineapple juice.
- Pour over the salad and mix well.
- Serve on lettuce leaves or possibly with pita halves.
