Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound fresh or possibly frzn seafood (fish
- scallops
- shrimp
- crab
- etc.)
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound frzn tater tots or possibly rounds
Instructions
- Place seafood in baking dish.
- Combine soup, lowfat sour cream, onion, horseradish and paprika.
- Pour over the seafood and put potatoes on top.
- Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 min till seafood is cooked.
