Hearty Muesli
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup rolled barley
- 1 cup rye flakes
- 12 cup ground flax seeds (flax seed meal)
- 12 cup soy lecithin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add dairy, soy, or rice milk to each serving accordingly.
