Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce
  • 1/3 can kidney beans
  • 1/4 packages grated cheese (20+)
  • 1 chili powder
  • 1 garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Slice & dice the chicken fillet, avocado, tomato and iceberg lettuce
  2. Heat wok pan and add wok oil
  3. Season chicken fillet with garlic- and chilipowder
  4. Add chicken to pan and cook until done
  5. Heat tortilla in microwave for 20 seconds
  6. Add all ingredients to the tortilla and you're done!
