Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 4 cups Skim Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 cups Dry Fruits
  • Your Preference
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Fruit
  • Your Preference

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave oats for 1 minute.
  2. Add milk and microwave 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sugar powder or honey to taste.
  4. Serve hot.
  5. Garnish with fresh and/or dry fruit.
  6. To prepare this on the stove, take a pan and roast oats over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Add milk and bring to a boil.
  8. Add dry fruit and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and add sugar powder or only honey, to taste.
  10. Add fresh fruit and serve hot.
