Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/4 c. brown sugar or possibly part honey
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 4 egg whites (equivalent of egg substitute)
- 2 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
- 3 c. flour
- half whole wheat & half unbleached
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 c. oatmeal & granola
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- boiled in small amount water
- 12 ounce. pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Instructions
- Mix well and drop by tsp.
- onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
