Healthy Nut Crusted Halibut
Ingredients
- 8 ounces halibut
- 2 ounces honey mustard
- 2 ounces crushed walnuts
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 slices butter
Instructions
- spread the honey mustard on the halibut.
- Sal and pepper the fish.
- coat with the crushed walnuts.
- put a pat of butter on the fish.
- Bake at 400 deg for 15 min or until flake with a fork.
