Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3)
- peeled
- cubed
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- divided
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 3 stalks celery
- chopped
- 1 small red onion
- chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- toasted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Toss potatoes with 3 Tbsp.
- dressing; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until tender, stirring after 15 min.
- Cool completely.
- Mix mayo and remaining dressing until blended.
- Combine potatoes, celery, onions and nuts in large bowl.
- Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
