Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut into chunks
- 1 onion
- chopped
- 6 mushroom
- chopped
- 1 hand full garden peas
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 400 ml coconut milk
Instructions
- Put coconut milk into a dish and add all the spices and sir well
- Fry chicken in a pan till browning
- Once chicken is browned add the onion, mushrooms and garlic
- When they have started to brown add the coconut milk and spices
- Add the garden peas
- Simmer for 20 mins
