  • 15 ounces chickpeas (about 240g drained) or 15 ounces garbanzo beans (about 240g drained)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or agave)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
