Healthy and Quick Tilapia Tacos

Ingredients

  • 4 each tilapia filet
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon and pepper seasoning (generous)
  • 6 each corn or flour tortillas (your choice)
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro chopped (a must to me)
  • 1 cup grated mexican cheese (or whatever you like on your tacos)
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • chopped
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in skillet
  2. Add tilapia filets and sprinkle generously with lemon.pepper seasoning and dash of salt
  3. Break up filets as it cooks.
  4. Cooks very quickly about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Warm tortillas and garnish with cilantro onion cheese and tomatoes.
  6. So good and healthy!!
