Ingredients
- 34 cup skim milk
- 14 cup coconut milk
- 14 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds (whole)
- 4 -5 tablespoons vanilla protein powder or 4 -5 tablespoons vanilla slim fast powder
Instructions
- Place flax seeds in blender and mix until they are finely ground.
- Add skim milk, coconut milk, protein powder, and orange juice.
- Blend.
