Ingredients
- 200 grams cabbage
- 100 grams fish fillet
- 3 outer layer of lemon grass or as needed
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- chop cabbage and place in a pot along with lemon grass, some salt and pepper.
- sautee for about 5 -7 minutes till the cabbage starts to wilt.
- no water or oil added.
- chop the fish into cubes and season with salt and pepper and cumin.
- place the fish on top of the cabbage and cover the pot on low heat for 10 minutes.
- done :) u may add lemon juice.
- and remove the lemon grass sticks
- you may also cook this recipe in the oven.
- covered with foil for around 30 - 40 minutes on 180c with half a cup of water if needed.
- chop lemon grass into bits
