Hawaiian Style Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 250 grams without the shells Shrimp
  • 1 to 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tbsp White wine
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop up the garlic.
  2. Peel the shrimp, and devein by making a shallow cut through the back side and washing in salted water to remove the digestive tract.
  3. Pat dry.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Put all the ingredients including the marinade into a pan over medium heat.
  7. Cook slowly, being careful not to let it burn, until it's done.
  8. Enjoy while piping hot.
  9. If you'd prefer it to be less salty, reduce the amount of salt.
