Ingredients
- 2 pound bag frzn hash brown potatoes
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 to 6 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 6 to 8 ounce. shredded Kraft cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. onion
- minced
- Ritz crackers
- crumbled for topping
Instructions
- Heat butter, add in onion and celery.
- Mix other ingredients.
- Add in onion and celery mix.
- Put in greased baking dish and top with crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
- (May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.)
