Ingredients

  • 12 slice Thinly sliced pork
  • 1 Hanpen
  • 6 leaves Green shiso leaves
  • 2 to 3 Umeboshi
  • 1 Plain flour
  • 1 Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the shiso leaf vertically.
  2. Cut the hanpen in half, then continue cutting until you have 6 pieces.
  3. Mash the flesh of the umeboshi (salt-cured plum).
  4. Lightly cover the pork in flour.
  5. Layer on the shiso, umeboshi, and hanpen and roll it up.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Line up the rolls, edge side down, and cook until browned.
