Hamburger Steaks With Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• Very lean grnd beef
• 1 lg. minced onion
• 1 med. minced bell pepper
• 1 lg. or possibly 2 sm. cans tomato sauce
• Fresh mushrooms or possibly canned mushrooms (any amount desired)
• 1/3 c. or possibly more brown sugar
• Salt and pepper
• Worcestershire sauce to taste

Instructions

1. Make large patties with grnd beef and grill to personal doneness.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and serve heaping amount on grilled hamburger steaks.
