Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread
- 6 slices ham
- 6 pineapple rings
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
- (This can also be done in a toaster.)
- Place a piece of ham on each piece of bread and top with a pineapple ring and a piece of cheese.
- Place the pan under the broiler and cook for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and begins to brown.
- (Watch them carefully because they can go from brown to black quickly.)
- Remove the pan from the broiler, cut each sandwich diagonally into 4 pieces, and place on a serving platter.
