Ingredients

  • 48 each frozen unbaked buttermilk biscuits (1.2 oz. each)
  • thawed
  • 2-1/4 qt. OSCAR MAYER Honey Ham
  • chopped
  • 1-1/3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Press 1 biscuit onto bottom and up side of each of 48 ungreased (2-3/4-inch) muffin cups (or onto bottom and up side of each of 12 muffin cups for trial recipe).
  2. Combine ham, mustard, honey and 1/2 cup of the nuts (or 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the nuts for trial recipe).
  4. Spoon into biscuit cups.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
  6. Bake in 325 degrees F-convection oven 10 to 13 min.
  7. or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
