Make Brownie Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches, recipe attached below, but use orange colored coconut ( recipe below ), and orange cream sprinkles for rolling ends of ice cream sandwiches
Make Colored Coconut, To make orange colored coconut use 1 red drop food color to 3 drops yellow, mix into the 1 teaspoon water in the medium bowl as directed for Coloring Coconut in the following recipe attached below
