Ingredients
- 2 hallibut fillet or any fish
- 1 tbsp peri peri chili sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 4 tbsp pounded ginger
Instructions
- Lightly brown leeks for 1 minutes then set aside
- PAN FRIED FISH
- Pan fried fish then drain and set aside
- STIR FRY
- In pan with 2 tbsp oil saute pounded ginger till lightly brown and fragrance then add sauce and stir vigorously to mix well then off heat
- Add pan fried fish and leeks with red chili pepper and coat well then serve
