Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pound chicken
- cut up
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- Healthy pinch of red pepper
- 1 lg. clove garlic
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. basil
Instructions
- Arrange chicken skin side down in shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and chill 4 hrs.
- Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 30 min.
- Turn and bake 30 more min, basting.
- Broil till brown.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
