Haddock In Mushroom Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. sherry
- Paprika
Instructions
- Cut fish into serving pcs and arrange in baking dish.
- Mix soup, cheese, and sherry and spread on fish.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 375 degree oven about 25 min or possibly till fish flakes.
- Serves 4-6.
