Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato
  • peeled
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • cooking spray
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 Degrees Celsius Line baking tray with non-stick paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1cm wedges.
  3. Place wedges in oven bag with water.
  4. Twist to secure.
  5. Place in microwave and cook for 6 minutes on High, until firm but tender.
  6. Carefully unwrap and drain all water.
  7. Spread wedges on baking tray in single layer.
  8. Lightly spray with oil.
  9. Bake for 12 minutes.
  10. Turn and spray again, bake for 15 minutes more.
  11. Mix all seasoning together and sprinkle over wedges and serve.
