Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 c. loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp. diced and seeded jalapeno
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Leave out the tahini and lemon juice from our Classic Hummus recipe, and use only 1 tablespoon each olive oil and water.
- Add avocado, lime juice, onion powder or (chopped red onion), cilantro leaves, jalapeno, and an extra 1/4 teaspoon salt (1/2 teaspoon total).
