Ground beef, Potatoes and Eggs
Ingredients
- 1/3 lb Ground beef
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 onion powder
Instructions
- Dice potatoes into cubes.
- Fry in olive oil for ten minutes or until soft.
- Add ground beef to pan with potatoes.
- Also add your seasonings.
- Cook until brown.
- (should be pretty quick).
- Fry the eggs.
- Add potatoes and beef on a plate, cover with the fried egg.
- Eat.
