Ground Beef Layer Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 egg
• beaten
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 c. coarse soft bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1/3 c. chopped celery
• 2 tbsp. melted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tbsp. warm water

Instructions

1. Combine beef, salt, pepper, egg, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Press one half mix in loaf pan.
3. Combine remaining ingredients for stuffing mix, then rest of meat.
4. Place in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
