2 pkg. (170 g each) Bakers Premium 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate, divided", "1/4 cup butter", "1/2 cup sugar", "1 egg", "45 Mr. Christies Social Tea Biscuits, broken into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions
Line bottom of 7-inch springform pan with parchment; spray with cooking spray.
Microwave 4 oz.
chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1-1/2 min.
or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Add sugar and egg; mix well.
Stir in biscuit pieces; spoon into prepared pan.
Press firmly into pan with back of spatula.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Run spatula around rim of cake to loosen; remove rim.
Invert cake onto wire rack placed over parchment-covered baking sheet.
Remove bottom of pan and parchment.
Microwave remaining oz.
chocolate in microwaveable bowl 2 min.
or until completely melted, stirring after each minute.
Slowly pour over cake; smooth top and side with spatula.
