Grilled Turkey Burgers with Tomato Jam & Cranberry Aioli

Ingredients

  • Tomato Jam
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 qt. plum tomatoes
  • diced
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Cranberry Aioli
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • rehydrated
  • 2 cups PURE KRAFT Mayonnaise
  • Turkey Burgers
  • 16 each ground turkey patties
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 16 each Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 16 each sourdough sandwich rolls
  • split
  • toasted

Instructions

  1. Tomato Jam: Heat oil in saute pan on medium-low heat.
  2. Add tomatoes; cook 5 min.
  3. or until broken down.
  4. Stir in sugar; continue cooking until thickened and syrupy.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Cranberry Aioli: Blend ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Turkey Burgers: Season patties with salt and pumpkin pie spice.
  9. Grill on high heat until done (165 degrees F).
  10. Spread 1 Tbsp.
  11. Cranberry Aioli on bottom half of roll.
  12. Top with burger.
  13. Spread 1 Tbsp.
  14. Tomato Jam on the burger and 1 Tbsp.
  15. on the top half of roll.
  16. Cover burger with 1 lettuce leaf and top of roll.
