Ingredients
- Tomato Jam
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 qt. plum tomatoes
- diced
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Cranberry Aioli
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- rehydrated
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Mayonnaise
- Turkey Burgers
- 16 each ground turkey patties
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 16 each Bibb lettuce leaves
- 16 each sourdough sandwich rolls
- split
- toasted
Instructions
- Tomato Jam: Heat oil in saute pan on medium-low heat.
- Add tomatoes; cook 5 min.
- or until broken down.
- Stir in sugar; continue cooking until thickened and syrupy.
- Set aside.
- Cranberry Aioli: Blend ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Set aside.
- Turkey Burgers: Season patties with salt and pumpkin pie spice.
- Grill on high heat until done (165 degrees F).
- Spread 1 Tbsp.
- Cranberry Aioli on bottom half of roll.
- Top with burger.
- Spread 1 Tbsp.
- Tomato Jam on the burger and 1 Tbsp.
- on the top half of roll.
- Cover burger with 1 lettuce leaf and top of roll.
