Grilled Spinach, Pepper Jack and Bacon
Ingredients
- 8 slices multigrain bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup basil pesto
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 4 slices monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 12 cups baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- Bush one side of each slice bread with butter.
- Spread tops of bread slices with pesto.
- Top with bacon, cheese and spinach.
- Grill 3-4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
