Grilled Pineapple with Toasted Coconut and Lime
Ingredients
- 3 whole Pineapple Slices
- 2 Inches Thick
- 2 Tablespoons Toasted Coconut
- 1 whole Lime
- Cut Into Wedges
Instructions
- Heat grill or grill pan.
- Grill pineapple until it slightly caramelizes.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Top with coconut and granish with lime wedges.
