  • 10 slice pineapple
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon powder then coat the slice pineapple and pan grill it
  2. Once the pineapple is lightly brown add the slice button mushroom and pan grill for few minutes then serve as side dish
