Grilled Peach and Jalapeno Cheddar Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 peach
  • halved
  • pitted
  • 1/4 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp. peach jam
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) flatbread
  • 50 g Cracker Barrel Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese
  • cut into 6 slices
  • 2 thin red onion slices
  • cut in half
  • separated into half rings
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Grill peach halves, cut sides down, 5 to 7 min.
  3. or until softened, turning after 4 min.
  4. Remove from barbecue; cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  5. Mix Sriracha sauce and jam until blended; spread onto bread.
  6. Top with peaches, cheese and onions.
  7. Grill 4 to 5 min.
  8. or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Sprinkle with cilantro.
