Ingredients
- 1 whole Medium Pizza Dough
- Olive Oil
- 13 cups Basil Pesto
- 8 ounces
- weight Ball Of Fresh Mozzarella
- Dried Well
- 1/4 pounds Prosciutto Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Arugula
Instructions
- Heat up the grill so that its at 375 degrees F.
- Roll out the dough so that its nice and thin and drizzle some olive oil on the top.
- Brush the oil so that its all over the dough.
- Spray the cooking spray on the grill and lay the dough with the oil side face down.
- Let it cook until it bubbles up and is slightly brown.
- Cooking times may vary (mine took about 5-8 minutes per side).
- While the dough is cooking, drizzle some more olive oil on it and brush.
- Flip the dough and brush the entire top of the pizza with basil pesto.
- Coat so that the entire pizza has the basil pesto.
- Top with sliced rounds of the mozzarella (dry cheese with paper towels to soak up water) and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes.
- Remove from the grill with tongs or spatulas and top with long strips of the prosciutto and argula.
- Right before you serve the pizza, drizzle with a little more olive oil.
