1 Tablespoon Olive Oil Plus Extra For Brushing On Grill Grates
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoons Ground Chipotle Pepper
(smoked Or Plain Paprika Can Be Used As An Alternative)
1 pound Boneless Pork Chops
Thinly-cut (1/2-inch Thick)
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl combine the honey, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and ground chipotle pepper and whisk to combine.
Add the pork into the marinade, flip to coat the pork in the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium high heat and brush grates with olive oil.
Grill the pork for 8-9 minutes, turning once halfway through, until cooked to 145 F. Remove the pork from the grill, tent it with foil and let it rest for 3 minutes.
