Grilled Macanese Prawns
Ingredients
- 500 g tiger shrimp
- 25 g chilies
- 20 g spring onions
- 10 g garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Clean and devein prawns.
- Chop garlic, chillies and spring onions.
- Mix well.
- Marinade prawns with this mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill prawns until cooked.
