Ingredients

  • 1 pkt. (1.25 oz.) A.1. Tomato & Chili Pepper Marinade Mix
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 beef flank steak (2 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
  • 4 plum tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 sweet onion
  • cut into 1/2-inch slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Instructions

  1. Whisk first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning occasionally.
  4. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Grill steak 4 min.
  7. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  8. Remove from grill; let stand 10 min.
  9. or until tender.
  10. Meanwhile, grill vegetables 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with dressing.
  11. Remove vegetables from grill.
  12. Chop tomatoes and onion slices; place in small bowl.
  13. Cut peppers into strips.
  14. Add to tomato mixture; mix lightly.
  15. Cut steak across the grain into thin strips.
  16. Serve with the vegetable mixture.
