Ingredients

  • 1 whole Lime
  • Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 stalks Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Chopped
  • 12 ounces
  • weight Large Shrimp
  • Peeled And Deveined
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Agave Or Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 heads Cabbage Chopped
  • 1 whole Carrot
  • Shredded

Instructions

  1. Combine the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro and garlic in a shallow container or plastic storage bag and add the shrimp.
  2. Seal the bag and put it into the refrigerator.
  3. Marinate shrimp for a few hours.
  4. Remove shrimp from marinade and grill the shrimp on a hot grill until pink all the way through.
  5. Usually this takes 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, agave, and Sriracha sauce in a medium sized bowl.
  7. Add chopped cabbage and shredded carrot, mix to combine.
  8. Put the shrimp on a roll and top with slaw.
