Ingredients
- 1 pound Alaska king crab legs
- 1 lemon
- cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
Instructions
- Mix garlic butter and set aside until needed.
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Grill crab legs directly over the heat for about 5 minutes (be careful not to overcook).
- Remove from the grill and serve with the melted garlic butter and lemon wedges.
- Remove the crab meat from the shells carefully.
- It can be tough at times but that's half the fun.
