Ingredients
- 2 c. minced green tomatoes
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon mace
- Pie crust
Instructions
- Cover tomatoes with water and boil for 2 min.
- Drain and add in other ingredients.
- Put in a pastry lined pie pan.
- Put on top crust; slit to let steam escape.
- Crimp around the edge of crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 55 min or possibly till done.
- Serve warm or possibly cool.
